Experience Helm

Turn AI uncertainty into a working plan—in nine guided sessions.

Join a small room of business leaders applying the same framework to their own companies, side by side, one concrete artifact at a time.

A working cohort

Not a course. Not a webinar. Your company’s work.

You arrive with business goals. Every Tuesday, you apply one part of Helm to your company. Every session produces a take-home artifact.

By Session 9, the individual pieces become your navigation chart and a 90-day plan your leadership team can put into motion.

The working rhythm

Every session follows the same five-part arc.

  1. 01

    Retrospective

What did you try and learn?

  2. 02

    Frame

    Why this driver matters.

  3. 03

    Illuminate

    See the method in practice.

  4. 04

    Apply

Use it on your own business.

  5. 05

    Commit

Name one action for the week.

Nine Tuesdays

The route, session by session.

Open each session to see the work. The framework builds cumulatively toward one complete company plan.

01Framework + Destination

Build a destination statement tied to your business goals and establish the room’s working agreements.

02Data Driver

Map five data domains, identify crown jewels, and create a practical data-gap register.

03Technology Driver

Examine eight readiness areas and identify single points of failure and automation opportunities.

04People Driver

Understand time allocation, delegation gaps, and who can champion responsible adoption.

05Governance Driver

Classify human oversight and draft an AI use policy and ownership structure.

06Adoption Driver

Assess change readiness, map champions, and set a responsible limit on active initiatives.

07Strategy Driver

Map value against readiness and choose the three strongest Phase 1 priorities.

08Synthesis

Assemble six driver logs into one navigation chart and sequence Fix First, Next, and Later.

09Navigation Review

Present the chart, receive structured peer feedback, and commit to the route forward.
